Successful content marketing is only possible if the team is proficient in both CONTENT and MARKETING. For scientific topics, this is rarely the case. I offer consulting services in content marketing/online communication for businesses or institutions dealing with environmental issues. I specialize in green infrastructure and water-related topics. I also consult as a Ph.D.-level biologist for green infrastructure with focus on nutrient cycles, water & soil biology. My Ph.D. was related to water nutrient cycles and I have MA-level degrees in plant & soil sciences. My past and current clients can vouch for my work: Purple-Roof – in close collaboration with Brad Garner: helped built website from scratch (programming & idea: Brad Garner), set up the content marketing strategy, SEO (Garner/Zakrisson), authored most of the blog, podcast, and video (Garner/Zakrisson) content. All marketing was done per content with zero ads. Green Roof Diagnostics – consulting soil & plant scientist for green roofs. Bringing a more data-driven approach to the green roof industry through this independent research institution through substantial mesocosm experimentation.
